I have collaboratively led and overseen significant client wins for automotive, healthcare, and fin-tech brands, developed brand experiences for an internal platform, and pushed the team to create simplified experiences of the highest quality.

I have experience working in cross-functional teams, playing a role in briefings, strategic workshops, user experience design, and partnering with tech architects & engineers.

I am responsible for line-managing three designers and mentoring junior team members, having an active role in their development from skills and career perspectives, and engaging in running training sessions, project scoping, staffing, and hiring within the team.

Initially hired as a freelancer to creatively push the boundaries and elevate the craft for a client proposal. I quickly became recognised as a valuable part of a rapidly growing team, working with the Experience Director, Brand, and Interior Designers to relaunch the Brilliant Basics brand — becoming a permanent employee three months later.

As a Lead UI Designer, I run large accounts both as a sole designer and part of a team. I pushed creativity and collaboration with our global teams and delivered design experiences that excited our client base.

I designed best-in-class customer experiences for inflight entertainment systems, mobile applications, and websites. My role would vary, from conceptualising ideas and creating wireframes and prototypes to regular client-facing engagements internationally.
